Across Garfagnana, on the banks of the Serchio and Turrite rivers
Duration: 3 days
Participants: minimum 3 people, max 6 people
Description: departure at 9am; we descend through Pontardeto to the town of Castelnuovo Garfagnana. We then climb to Monteperpoli, Cascio, Gallicano,Trassilico, having lunch on the way,and we reach the Agriturismo La Fornace where we dine and sleep. The second day we make an excursion along the Turrite river returning to La Fornace for the evening and night. The following morning we get on our way to Trassilico and Gallicano where we cross the Serchio river. We return then to the other bank to Campo, Monteperpoli, Castelnuovo Garf, Pontardeto and we are back by 6pm

Information: It is an average but long trek and it requires to be undertaken by intermediate to expert riders. We strongly advice suitable cloths, wind breaker, warm fleece, riding boot, riding pants or jeans, leather gloves and a water bottle.

- larger groups can be accommodated with ad-hoc planning and pricing
Prices include horse and boarding for the period, 3 lunches, 2 dinners, 2 overnight stays in double room, 2 breakfasts and the assistance of a guide. Different accommodation and personalized menu must be agreed in advance. Alchoolic drinks not included.
